Itinerary

• Day-1ARRIVAL – PHNOM PENH – CITY TOURS

  Welcome to Cambodia! Up on arrival at airport in Phnom Penh our guide and driver will transfer you to hotel for check in. After lunch, start to visit the Independence Monument and the notorious Tuol Sleng Museum (S-21 prison). This former school was used as a prison by Pol Pot’s security forces and became the largest center for detention and torture during the rule of the Khmer Rouge. Visit Wat Phnom Temple, Phnom Penh’s namesake, from where you can enjoy views over the tree-lined avenues of the city. Founded 1373, the pagoda was built to house Buddhist relics washed ashore by the river.End your day tour at Central Market a labyrinth of stalls, selling everything from CDs and DVDs to silks, crafts, jewelry and more. Have dinner at the local restaurant.

• Day-2PHNOM PENH – CITY TOURS – SIEM REAP BY OVER LAND

  Breakfast in Hotel Phnom Penh City tour: Visit the Victory Monument and the Royal Statue of late Kingfather Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk and Visit the Royal Palace, built by the French in 1866 on the site of the old town, and the Silver Pagoda. Located within the grounds of the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda is so named because of the floor, which is made up of 5,000 silver tiles. The treasures found inside include a solid gold Buddha, encrusted and weighing 90 kilograms and small 17th century emerald and baccarat crystal Buddha. Transfer to Siem Reap by land with public bus, approximately 6h of drive without guide escorted. Arrival Siem Reap, meet guide and driver at bus station and transfer to hotel for check-in.

• Day-3SIEM REAP – TEMPLE TOUR

  Breakfast in hotel In the morning, visit the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk), the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), Bayon temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), Baphuon recently re-opened after years of restoration), the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. After lunch, visit the most famous of all the temples on plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat, the temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodia flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat’s five towers symbolize Meru’s five peaks – the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond. • Day-4SIEM REAP – KULEN MOUNTIAN

  After breakfast at the hotel departure for excursion at Phnom Kulen or “Lychee Mountain”, it is also one of the National Park in the country. Here begins the story of Angkor with the 802 AD sacrament of Jayavaramen II who institutionalized the cult of the “God-King”View the river “of the 1000 lingas” and beautiful cultures on the river bed, pagoda, the large sleeping Buddha carved in the rock, nice view of countryside, visit the waterfalls and you can see the ruins of a temple also. After a good and refreshing swim, at 15:00pm drive back the same way to Siem Reap.

• Day-5SIEM REAP – DEPARTURE

  Breakfast in hotel in the morning, enjoy with your free and easy until the time check out our guide will pick up before transferring to the airport for catching your international flight. The end of services!!!Note: the itinerary is subjected to change according to your booked arrival/depart.
