Visas: Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary visas or make essential necessary payments to obtain the same on behalf of them.

4. Insurance: – Travel Insurance: Recommended but not included.

5. Liability: – Agency Responsibility: The agency is not liable for unforeseen circumstances.

6. Health and Safety: – Medical Conditions: Travelers must disclose medical conditions. – Vaccinations: Recommended vaccinations are the traveler’s responsibility.

7. Changes to Itinerary: – Changes: The agency reserves the right to make changes. – Notification: Travelers will be notified of changes.

8. Traveler Conduct: – Behavior: Travelers must behave responsibly. – Compliance: Travelers must comply with local laws.

9. Dispute Resolution: – Complaints: Complaints must be made in writing. – Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

10. Governing Law: – Jurisdiction: All or any Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.

13. Travel Risks: – Warning: Travelers acknowledge risks associated with travel. – Assumption of Risk: Travelers assume responsibility for risks.

14. Supplier Terms: – Airlines: Airline terms and conditions apply. – Accommodations: Accommodation terms and conditions apply.

15. Force Majeure: – Unforeseen Circumstances: The agency is not liable for unforeseen circumstances
(e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).

16. Traveler Responsibilities: – Compliance: Travelers must comply with local laws and regulations. – Respect: Travelers must respect local cultures and environments.

17. Agency Responsibilities: – Booking: The agency will make bookings as requested. – Information: The agency will provide travel information.

18. Dispute Resolution Process: – Complaints: Complaints must be made in writing. – Investigation: The agency will investigate and respond.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: – Laws: The agency’s country/state laws apply. – Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved in the agency’s country/state courts.

20. Legal Compliance: – Travelers must comply with all local laws and regulations. – Non-compliance: The agency is not responsible for legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.

21. Criminal Activity: – Travelers must not engage in criminal activity. – Consequences: The agency reserves the right to terminate travel arrangements and seek legal action.
22. Liability: – Personal Liability: Travelers are personally liable for any damage or injury caused.

23. Indemnification: – Travelers agree to indemnify the agency against any claims or expenses arising from non-compliance or criminal activity.

24. Traveler Behavior: – Unacceptable Behavior: The agency reserves the right to terminate travel arrangements
for unacceptable behavior.

25. Reporting Incidents: – Travelers must report any incidents or concerns to the agency and local authorities.

26. Cooperation with Authorities: – Travelers must cooperate with local authorities in the event of an investigation or legal proceedings.

27. Legal Fees: – Travelers are responsible for any legal fees incurred by the agency due to noncompliance or criminal activity.

28. Reimbursement: – Travelers must reimburse the agency for any losses or expenses incurred due to noncompliance or criminal activity.

29. Hotel Property: – Removal of Hotel Property: Travelers must not remove any hotel property, including towels, linens, and amenities. – Charges: Travelers will be charged for any removed or damaged hotel property.

30. Loss or Damage: – Personal Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings. – Hotel Property: Travelers must report any loss or damage to hotel property immediately.

31. Hotel Policy: – Compliance: Travelers must comply with hotel policies and rules. – Non-compliance: The agency is not responsible for consequences resulting from noncompliance.

32. Incidentals: – Charges: Travelers are responsible for any incidental charges incurred during their stay. – Payment: Incidental charges must be paid directly to the hotel.

33. Check-out: – Time: Travelers must check out by the designated time. – Late Check-out: Late check-out fees may apply.

34. Dispute Resolution: – Complaints: Travelers must report any complaints or issues to the hotel management and the agency. – Investigation: The agency will investigate and assist in resolving disputes.
