TERMS & CONDITIONS / POLICY WORDINGS
(To be included in all quotations & confirmation sheets for Philippines Tour Packages.
1. Booking & Payment Policy

* All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
* A non-refundable deposit of USD 250 per person (or equivalent in INR/PHP) is required to
confirm the booking.
* Full payment must be settled no later than 30 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise specified.
* For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required upon confirmation.

2. Cancellation & Amendment Policy

* All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing.
* The following cancellation charges will apply (unless stated otherwise in the quotation or by
hotel/supplier policy):
o More than 30 days before arrival: Deposit forfeited
o 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price
o 8–14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price
o 7 days or less / No show: 100% of total tour price
* No refund for unused services or no-shows.
* Amendments after booking may incur charges, subject to availability and supplier approval.

3. Child & Infant Policy

* Infants (under 2 years): Free of charge when sharing bed with parents (no extra bed/meals).
* Children (2–10 years): Child rates apply when sharing room with two adults (using existing
bedding or extra bed as stated).
* Child with bed: 80–90% of adult price (as quoted, varies by hotel).
* Child without bed: 50–70% of adult price (varies by hotel and meal plan).
* Child rates may vary by hotel and will be specified at quotation.
* Valid passport copy required for all children at booking.

4. Porterage, Tips, and Inclusions

* Porterage for 1 suitcase and 1 hand-carry per person included at hotels/airports, unless
otherwise stated.
* Tips for guides and drivers are at guest’s discretion unless specified as included.

5. Accommodation

* Standard check-in: 14:00 / Check-out: 12:00 (early/late check-in subject to availability &
surcharge).
* Triple rooms may be double rooms with extra bed/rollaway, subject to hotel configuration.
* Specific bedding, room requests, and smoking preferences are subject to availability.

6. Tours & Transfers

* All tours are conducted on private basis unless stated as SIC (Seat-In-Coach/shared).
* Sequence of itinerary is subject to change for operational reasons.
* Entrance/environmental fees included as listed; optional activities/supplements at guest’s
own account.
* Delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure are not the responsibility of the operator.

7. Visa & Travel Requirements

* Clients are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.
* No refund for denied entry, missed connections due to incomplete documents.

8. Force Majeure

* In case of force majeure (natural calamities, flight disruptions, strikes, pandemics),
arrangements may change at supplier/operator discretion. Refunds for unused services subject
to supplier policies.

9. Liability Disclaimer

* The tour operator acts only as agent for hotels, transport companies, and other suppliers, and
is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from acts of God, government action, delays,
or events beyond their control.

10. Other Notes

* All rates quoted in USD.
* Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, taxes, or supplier
surcharges.
* Itinerary and inclusions as confirmed in the booking voucher/confirmation.
* The company reserves the right to correct any typographical errors in quotes.
